A MALMESBURY man accused of sexually touching a child has been released on bail by a judge.
Christopher Bishop 41, of no fixed abode, is also accused of a number of other sex offences last year and between late November 2008 and the end of 2010.
At Swindon Crown Court on Friday,.Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Friday August 22 when Bishop is due to make his pleas to the charges.
The judge released him on conditional bail including a ban on unsupervised contact with children under 18.
