THE Organic Farm Shop in Cirencester is holding a wide range of special events this weekend to celebrate Open Farm Sunday.

Open Farm Sunday allows visitors to see the inner workings of their local farms.

The Organic Farm Shop is inviting visitors to come and see how staff care for the land and look after the animals on Sunday, June 8 (tomorrow).

Most events are free but many need booking.

Events and activities include egg collecting, family trailer ride, creamery tour, sausage making demonstration, vegetable garden tour, and a technical trailer ride.

There will also be tractors and farm equipment on display as well as wine, cheese, and sausage tasting.

Competitions include guess the weight of the pigs contest, tight rope walking, and a cookery demonstration using ingredients with the farm food from the cafe.

The cafe is open from 10am-3.30pm this Sunday.
