COTSWOLD Country Park and Beach are hosting a charity family fun run in order to raise cash for an animal rescue centre which desperately needs money to build a new home and a charity that offers free accommodation to families of critically ill children
All proceeds from the run on June 29 will be going towards Somerford Keynes based animal charity, Oak and Furrow’s fund to build a new home near Cricklade this year and The Ronald McDonald House.
There is a choice of either a 2K, 4K or 8K run as part of the event which is open to everyone including dogs and is being officially started by the mayor of Cirencester Joe Harris.
Entry fees are £5 for adults, £3 children and registration will begin at 7:30,with the race starting at 9:00am.
