SOME of Britain's top music festivals, including Lechlade Music Festival, have donated hundreds of tickets, through the charity Tickets For Troops, for this summer’s bumper festival season.
As 2014 marks the 100th anniversary of the First World War, festival organisers have shown their full support of the country's troops.
Many festival passes have been donated to enable military personnel and their families to enjoy music for free.
Chairman of Tickets For Troops Lord Marland said: "As we approach Armed Forces Day on June 28 we are delighted and truly grateful that festival organisers are getting behind our marvellous service personnel.”
