Northleach forks out more on grass cutting than anything else
NORTHLEACH with Eastington Town Council spends more on grass cutting than on salaries in an entire year.
The annual town council meeting reported last week that the council's largest expenditure is grass cutting.
Members have taken on Bibury Garden Services again to cut the grass for 2014 but still has to fork out over £15,000 to keep the verges looking trim throughout the year.
