THE future of Chedworth Village Hall will be discussed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) this Monday, May 5.
The Hall, which was founded just after the First World War, is debt free but in recent years has failed to attract sufficient income to cover expenses.
The Village Hall Committee is currently considering whether a new committee structure is needed or whether a community subsidy rather than user funding is required.
The community has been asked for suggestions through the March Hill and Valley and the AGM will allow residents to suggest and discuss possible solutions.
David Broad, chairman of the Village Hall Committee said: "We are losing money and short of volunteers so we have to consider some changes to the Committee structure."
The meeting is taking place at the Village Hall which is near Fields Road and starts at 7.00 pm.
