A MAN whose car collided with a telegraph pole on the A38 in Twyning on Wednesday, April 23 has died in hospital.
The 22-year-old from Tewkesbury was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with severe head injuries after his car, a red Renault Clio, left the road as it was travelling towards the M50.
He was later taken to Bristol's Frenchay Hospital where he died at around 11pm. A 20-year-old man from Tewkesbury also in the car suffered minor injuries.
The coroner's office has been informed. Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to call 101, quoting incident 35 of April 23.
