TWO guided walks to hear the nightingales of the Cotswold Water Park will take place next week.
Enthusiastic expert Kim Milsom will lead the Nightingale Symphony walks to discover the delights of the elusive nightingale.
These rare songsters travel back from Africa to breed in this part of the UK, and often take up residence in exactly the same area each year in the Cotswold Water Park.
The Cotswold Water Park Trust organised walks are going to be held near Somerford Keynes and will teach about their preferred habitats, what they eat and why they sing.
The walks take place on Wednesday May, 30 at 7pm and on Sunday May 4 at 7pm and will last about an hour and a half.
Price is Adults £5 (£4 CWPT Members) Children £2.50 (CWPT members £2).
Please call the CWPT office on 01793 752413 or email events@waterpark.org to make a booking which is essential.
