NEW family-run sandwich bar Peppers has opened its doors in Cirencester, bringing new trend bubble tea to the town.
Owner Jonathan Richardson has introduced new craze Bubble Tea to Cotswolds, a drink created in Japan and made up of little pearl pods of juice.
"The nearest place to Cirencester that serves bubble tea is Bath," said Jonathan. "We hope it will catch on here too."
As well as selling eight flavours of bubble tea, Peppers also describes itself as "the pick'n'mix of sandwich shops" allowing customers to choose from a selection of meats, cheese, vegetables, fish and extras to create the ultimate sandwich of their choice.
"It's all working really well for such a tiny shop," Jonathan added. "We've already got lots of regulars and people pre-ordering lunch in the morning."
Find Peppers down the alleyway next to House of Fraser in the Market Place.
