Cheltenham teenager dies in hospital following assault

A TEENAGE girl who was assaulted in Cheltenham on Wednesday, April 2 has died in hospital in Gloucester.
Emergency services were called to a house on Humber Road in the town just after midday on Wednesday.
A short while later a 16-year-old girl was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, where she died at around 11am on Saturday, April 5.
Aston Robinson, 18, of Humber Road in Cheltenham has been charged with attempted murder and has been remanded in custody.
