Elderly man dies after car collides with double decker bus on A38 near Norton
A MAN has died following a collision in Norton on Monday, February 24.
A blue Land Rover Discovery travelling towards Tewkesbury collided with a double decker bus travelling towards Gloucester on the A38 at about 6.15pm.
The driver of the car, a 76-year-old man from Churchdown, died while being taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
The next of kin and coroner have been informed.
The road was closed until 12.15am while a collision investigation took place.
Any witnesses who have not spoken to police should call 101, quoting incident 388 of February 24.
