NURSERIES and children’s groups are being encouraged to get a wiggle on for charity.
Action for Children wants groups of under-fives across the Cotswolds to host a Giant Wiggle event on The Very Hungry Caterpillar Day on March 20.
The day marks the start of the 45th anniversary celebration of the UK’s most read children’s book, and 2014 marks Action for Children’s 145th year.
The event will bring together under-fives to wiggle along in giant caterpillar conga lines, encourage them to help others, and open up their imaginations through storytelling and creative activities..
