LECHADE-ON-THAMES has been aptly nicknamed Thames-on-Lechlade by one nearby resident as epic flood water dominates the town's fields.
This picture, sent in by Julie Kent, was taken on the bridge just by the Trout Inn, in Lechlade and shows the town's St Lawrence Church in the background.
What used to be fields now resembles a lake to those who are not familiar with the area.
