A WOMAN was rushed to hospital after being involved in a two-car collision on the A419 road at Cowcombe Hill, near Minchinhampton.
Emergency services were called to the scene between Marley Lane and the A429 Tetbury Road shortly before 9am on Thursday, February 6.
The 25-year-old woman, believed to be from Gloucester, had to be cut free from her green Seat Ibiza by crews from Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service.
She was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with injuries that were thought to not be life threatening.
None of the passengers travelling in the second car, a green Peugeot 206, were injured in the collision.
Police closed the road in both directions while recovery work was carried out, before partially reopening it at around 9.30am.
