POLICE are appealing for information and for possible owners to come forward after one bike was stolen and two were recovered in Cheltenham.

The stolen bike was taken from Balcarras School on East End Road in Charlton Kings at around 7.30pm on Wednesday, January 22.

The bike was left in the bike shed at the school. The theif got into the shed and took the bicycle.

The bicycle is described as a 14-speed red Echelon racing bike with white drop handle bars and a triangular frame.

Anyone who may have any information on this theft is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 373 of January 24.

Two bicycles were also recovered during an attempted burglary on a shed in Cheltenham on Wednesday, January 15.

Officers are keen to reunite the bikes with their owners. The first bike is described as a blue Norco mountain bike and the second one is described as a white and black Giant mountain bike.
