Police concerned for welfare of missing Gloucester man Alan Purser

CONCERN is growing for a missing Gloucester man with links to the Forest of Dean.

Alan Purser, 45, was last seen at his home address in Heathville Road in Gloucester at about 9am on Thursday, January 9.

Officers are concerned because Alan is vulnerable and suffers from health problems.

It is believed Alan may have travelled to the Forest of Dean so residents there are also being asked to be on the lookout.

Alan is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall and of stocky build.

When he was last seen he was wearing tracksuit bottoms, a t-shirt and black Puffa jacket.

Anyone with information should call 101, quoting incident 177 of January 14.
