BURGLARS targeted several houses in Cirencester yesterday (Monday, January 6).

Police are linking four break-ins in the town which happened between 1pm and 4pm at houses that are within a short distance of each other on Queen Elizabeth Road, Moss Way, Pheasant Way and Partridge Way.

It is unknown how many items were taken in the raids apart from that a television was taken from one of the properties.

Police have identified two men who they wish to speak to which were acting suspiciously in the area.

The first is described as white, in his late teens, 5ft 8ins tall, of slight build, with acne and a shaved head.

He was wearing a navy blue zip up top, tracksuits bottoms, dirty white trainers and was carrying a rucksack.

The second man is described as white, with black collar length hair, perhaps layered, of slight build but slightly taller than the first man and was wearing a fitted grey or dark blue jacket.
