TWO MEN arrested in a dramatic police operation in Malmesbury last month have admitted being involved in a raid on a home at Yatton Keynell.
Stephen Rosindal, 29 and Michael Nelson,25, both from Birmingham, pleaded guilty to stealing laptops and jewellery from the house on December 9.
They were arrested a short while later after suspicious council groundsmen and a police community support officer raised the alarm.
The police helicopter, dog handlers and response officers then converged on the town.
Rosindale, of Dagnall Rd, and Nelson, of Tavistock Road, Birmingham, appeared at Swindon Crown Court by video link on Friday and were remanded in custody until January 9 for sentencing.
A third man, 20-year-old Luke Hales, of Oddingley Road, Birmingham, denied the charge and was remanded in custody until March 14 for a further hearing before a trial.
