A MAN was assaulted by another man who tried to take his photograph on the driveway of the Frogmill Inn at Shipton Oliffe between Cheltenham and Northleach .

The victim, a 52-year-old man from Badgeworth, was standing near a man on the driveway of the Frogmill Inn on Boxing Day at around 10.45am.

After the man approached him and tried to take his picture, the victim responded by raising his arm to shield his face but was then punched by the man and suffered facial injuries.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 105 of December 26.
