A MAN has been charged in connection with two incidents in the city in which victims were conned out of money on the doorstep.
Andrew Stephen Rock, 42 and of Cromwell Street, Gloucester has been charged with with two counts of fraud by misrepresentation and will appear before magistrates in Cheltenham on February 3.
The charges relate to two incidents in the city in September in which two residents, one of whom was elderly, handed over money to a doorstep visitor who claimed to be in need.
