POLICE are warning motorists to expect at least two hours more traffic disruption following an accident on the A419 at Chesterton.
Eyewitnesses reported at least three cars involved in a crash on the bypass between the hospital and Stroud road roundabouts of the dual carriageway. One casualty was said to have needed to be cut free from their car.
A police call centre operatorsaid shortly before 6pm that the road was expected to be closed for at least two more hours.
No further details were available at the time.
