Man charged in connection to Cheltenham crash where 19-year-old woman died
A MAN has been charged in connection to a crash on Bath Road in Cheltenham where a 19-year-old pedestrian died.
On Friday, November 29 Lance Hepworth, 67, of Penrith Close in Cheltenham was charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention. He has been bailed to appear at Stroud Magistrates Court on Monday, January 6.
Katie Clutterbuck passed away in Frenchay Hospital following the crash which happened at about 12:40am on Sunday, September 15.
