POLICE are appealing for information after a Poppy Appeal charity tin was stolen from a church in Minchinhampton.
The tin was taken from Holy Trinity Church on Bell Lane between 6.15am on Tuesday October 29 and 8pm on Wednesday October 30.
The tin was positioned by the door of the church and the offender has taken it away.
The tin was secured by a cord, but it is unknown if the cord was cut in order to remove it. It is not sure how much money was in the tin when it was stolen.
Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 480 of October 30.
