A MALMESBURY woman was left shocked and bruised after teenage Halloween night pranksters ambushed by hurling eggs at her as she returned home.
Police are appealing for information about the incident in Burnivale at 10pm, involving a gang of four youths aged around 15 or 16.
The attackers fled when they were chased off by the victim’s husband and son.
Sgt Martin Alvis urged anyone who knew anything about the incident to come forward. “I am sure we can sort this out sensibly,” he said.
