EX-MILITARY combat medic Katrina Brown and her army of fundraisers are out in Cirencester today to help her raise money for life saving medical treatment.
Katrina, who lives at the South Cerney barracks where her husband Martin is based, has just returned from a gruelling week of tests in Chicago.
Experts decided that even though she was diagnosed four years ago she was still able to be treated using her own stem cells.
But she needs to raise around £90,000 to pay for it.
Today's stall at the main Tesco store just outside Cirencester is her first fundraiser since she flew home.
A Halloween ball is also planned for later this month, See Katrina's Stem Cell Fund on Facebook for more information.
