A NEW arrest has been made as part of Operation Ribena – Gloucestershire Constabulary’s response to the violent disorder that gripped Gloucester city in August 2011.
The ongoing investigation aims to identify individuals involved in the disorder, and as part of their enquiries officers arrested a 25-year-old man from White City in Gloucester on Thursday, September 12.
The man was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and bailed to return to the police station on December 11 pending further forensic examination.
More than 40 arrests have been made as part of the operation and Gloucestershire Police have now confirmed that following last week’s arrest they are no longer looking for anyone else in connection with the investigation.
