Police are appealing for information after the diesel from refuse trucks parked at a compound in Cam was stolen.
The thefts happened between 6.30pm on Wednesday September 4 and 7am on Thursday September 5 from a business on Woodend Lane.
Offender(s) got into the yard over a secure gate. Once inside the diesel from the tanks of the 27 refuse trucks was syphoned off.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Gloucestershire Police on 101 quoting incident number 109 of September 5.
