POLICE are appealing for information after a suspicious incident in Cinderford last week.
Between 2.30pm and 3pm on Monday, September 2 a car pulled up next to an 11-year-old girl in the Station Street area.
A man driving the car called the girl over to the vehicle and followed her as she walked in the direction of Wesley Road.
The girl ignored the man and carried on her way.
Finally the vehicle turned around and travelled back towards Valley Road.
The vehicle is described as a shiny black Land Rover with blacked out rear windows.
There was no spare tyre on the back.
The driver was a white man with black hair, believed to be in his early 30s.
Anyone with information should call 101, quoting incident 106 of September 3.
