Witnesses asked to come forward after boy,12, left with serious facial injuries following hit and run

Police are appealing for information about a collision which left a boy with serious facial injuries.
The incident happened outside the Willows Caravan Park in Sandhurst Lane in Gloucester at around 11.10pm on Thursday August 21.
A 12-year-old boy was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital after being struck by a vehicle. He has now returned home following surgery.
He reported that the vehicle was as an old style Ford Focus and that the driver failed to stop.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or the car is urged to call 101, quoting incident 448 of August 14.
