A CIRENCESTER company making a unique range of children’s clothing has won national acclaim.
Little Ponchos has been highly commended in the Best Children’s Accessory category of the national Junior Design Awards alongside high street names such as Monsoon and Cuski.
The company makes warm ponchos for children aged two to 12, and has recently released a summer range offering a lighter version of their popular product.
Designer and owner Kate Wharton said the commedation was “a real privilege”.
“Winners included Stella McCartney, Belle Enfant, Paul Smith and M&S so it shows we have come a long way since I started this on my kitchen table at home,” she said.
