SEVERAL vehicles were damaged in a fire in a field off the A417 near Birdlip this evening.
Firefighters from Gloucester and Cheltenham were called to reports of a tractor on fire at around 7.25pm.
On arrival they found one lorry, one forklift, one tractor and a trailer were well alight.
They used two hosereels and four breathing apparatus to put out the flames but all four vehicles were severely damaged.
It is not yet known if anyone was hurt in the fire.
