Woman banned from residential street after 81 police calls to one address

A WOMAN has been banned from a residential area of Swindon because she has been a nuisance to locals, police, ambulance crews and council staff.
A year’s injunction was issued today against Krystal O’Sullivan, 29, of no fixed address, after Swindon County Court heard police had been called to a house in Crawford Close 81 times in the space of a year.
The ruling forbids her from entering Elsie Hazel Court, Freshbrook and engaging in or threatening conduct capable of causing annoyance to anyone there.
It also applies to the house in Crawford Close. She has been told she faces arrest if she breaches the injunction.
The action was brought by the housing and anti social behaviour teams at Swindon Borough Council, backed by West Swindon Neighbourhood Policing Team.
PC Tom Turner, the West Swindon Community Beat Manager, said: “We have spent a lot of time dealing with Ms O’Sullivan, so removing her from the area will enable the local police team to concentrate on other priorities.”
