Jonathan Clack to face trial on child sex allegations from the 1970s.

A SWINDON man will stand trial next month charged with 21 child sex offences including six rapes.

Jonathan Clack of Tidsmead Crescent, Swindon, is alleged to have committed the offences in Lechlade against a girl and two boys between 1971 and 1980.

At Gloucester crown court this week the 54-year-old pleaded not guilty to 13 offences of indecency with a girl, six of raping her, and two or indecent assault on the two boys.

The girl was nine years old at the time of the offences allegedly committed against her in 1979/80.

The offences against the two boys were said to have been committed between 1971 and 1976 when they were both under sixteen.

The trial will begin on April 29 and is expected to last for up to eight days.
