Woman rescued from river at Malmesbury

FIREFIGHTERS rescued a disabled woman from the river at Malmesbury.
The woman in her 50s, who is believed to have got stuck near St Aldhelm's Mead retrieving her dog’s toy, was taken to the Great Western Hospital with possible hypothermia following the rescue at 1.20pm on Saturday.
