Malmesbury cyclist, aged 63, fighting for life after Westonbirt crash

A 63-YEAR-OLD man was taken to hospital with potentially life-threatening head injuries after he came off his bicycle in Westonbirt.
Police are now appealing for information on how the man’s injuries were caused.
The 63-year-old cyclist from Malmesbury came off his bike at around 6.30pm on Monday, February 25 on Bowldown Lane.
He was taken to Great Western Hospital in Swindon before being transferred to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, with potentially life-threatening head injuries.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation should call police on 101 quoting incident 443 of February 25.
