Double bar burglar caught in the act

A BURGLAR was caught in the act when he broke into Seventeen Black wine bar in Cirencester for the second time.
The 29-year-old man from Swindon stole more than £1,000 on his first break in on December 7 last year.
But when he returned again on January 8 he was disturbed by a staff member.
He has now been charged with both burglaries.
