Moreton-in-Marsh residents form Moreton Against Sainsbury’s

A GROUP of residents concerned about a proposed new Sainsbury’s on land south of Fosseway Avenue adjacent to the A429 in Moreton-in-Marsh have set up a campaign group to fight against the plans.

Moreton Against Sainsbury’s Superstore Action Group have hit out what they describe as “a grotesque development plonked onto a greenfield site”.

Sainsbury’s are due to consult with residents later this month.

What is the difference between Budgens and Sainsburys no difference probably some competition but nothing else,it want be a eyesore ether because if that is an eyesore so does the new hospital then there is the chance for new JOBS that there is some people needs. like me I DO NEED A JOB that i do not need to travel to Oxford everyday to work and use half of my salary for fuel every week so it is about time that people open theirs eyes and agree to the proposal .I do live locally if we do need to do shopping we have to travel to Stratford or Bambury, so why not have a supermarket here close to home and bring more people here to spend their money in Moreton.
