Honorary freeman award to be given in special Cirencester meeting

CIRENCESTER Town Council is holding two special meetings tomorrow afternoon.
On Tuesday, February 12. At 4pm a meeting will be held to confer the second award of Honorary Freeman of Cirencester.
A meeting of the council will follow at 5pm.
The normal full town council meeting will not be held this month and the next meeting is on March 12.
