Result of Tetbury Town Council by-election

CONSERVATIVE candidate Keith Leaver has been elected as the newest member of Tetbury Town Council.
Mr Leaver received 452 votes at today's by-election at the Dolphin's Hall, against his UK Independence Party rival Guy Parfitt's 290.
The post had been vacant since Malcolm Philby resigned in December, saying he no longer had the time to devote to the role.
