Down Ampney Village Hall donations stolen in burglary

BURGLARS have stolen hundreds of pounds from Down Ampney Village Hall.
The hall was burned down in 2007 and the community has been rebuilding and expanding the resource since then.
At around 12.40am on February 4, a trio of burglars smashed a window at the hall and stole a jar containing around £350 in donations towards the continued upkeep of the new facilities.
CCTV footage is being reviewed and investigations are ongoing.
