A STASH of heroin was sniffed out by a wet-nosed police hero at a Cirencester business this week.
The drugs were uncovered as part of a police dog training exercise, which took place at Corin Ltd on the Love Lane Industrial Estate.
The Cirencester business offered its premises to Gloucestershire Police so that the dogs could be challenged in new environments.
Dog handler PC Claire Todd said: "If we use the same training venues day in day out then the dogs get used to it. The more locations we have the better."
