Two taken to hospital after crash on the Fosseway near the Murco petrol station
10:43am Thursday 7th February 2013 in News By Ian Craig
TWO people were taken to hospital after a crash on the Fosseway yesterday afternoon.
Paramedics from Great Western Ambulance Service were called to the two-car crash near the Murco petrol station at around 3.45pm.
On arrival they found a man and a woman trapped in their car.
The male driver of the second car had already left his vehicle and had suffered no major injuries.
Firefighters from Stow-on-the-Wold Fire Station were called to the scene and cut the man and the woman free from their car.
The woman suffered a suspected fractured pelvis and wrist and both were taken to Gloucester Royal Hospital.
