Tanker breaks down on the A417 between the Cowley/Brimpsfield roundabout and Dower’s Lane

A BROKEN down tanker has partially blocked the A417 southbound carriageway near Cowley.
The tanker has broken down between the Cowley/Brimpsfield roundabout and Dower’s Lane near where the road becomes a single carriageway.
Drivers are advised to find an alternative route where possible.
