POLICE are seeking information on the driver of a Black BMW who was involved in a suspicious incident involving two 12-year-old girls on Chalford Hill on Monday.

The two girls, both from the area, were walking along Abnash at around 5.30pm.

As they walked past a parked black BMW the driver lowered the window slightly and it is thought he beckoned for the girls to come and talk to him.

They ignored him and he drove away.

The man is described as black with a large face and “large lips”.

He was wearing a black top and a black beanie hat with yellow and green stripes.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Gloucestershire police on 101, quoting incident number 266 of January 22.

Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via crimestoppers-uk.org

In some cases Crimestoppers offer rewards of up to £1000 where information leads to a conviction.
