SNOW: Gritters tackling snow in Wiltshire

GRITTERS are reporting worsening conditions on the roads in Wiltshire this morning as snow continues to fall.

Main routes have been treated and Wiltshire Council reports crews are moving on to secondary roads.

The weather has closed several schools in North Wiltshire including Malmesbury Primary.

Cirencester College and Malmesbury School have also been closed for staff and students but public exams will be going ahead for students who can get there safely.

For a full list see Wiltshire Council’s emergency notices.

Snow is expected to fall until midday.
