Bag containing £500 snatched outside Hammonds Bike Shop on Watermoor Road, Cirencester

A WOMAN’S bag containing £500 cash and a mobile phone was snatched in Cirencester on Saturday.
The 32-year-old woman was walking past Hammonds Bike Shop on Watermoor Road at around midday when a person cycled past and snatched her bag from her shoulder.
The thief was wearing a dark blue hoody and their bike was described as “low to the ground”.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Gloucestershire police on 101, quoting incident number 181 of January 12.
