Nominations open for Tetbury Town Council vacancy

NOMINATIONS have opened for a vacant post on Tetbury Town Council.
The post has been vacant since long-serving councillor Malcolm Philby stepped down in November, saying he no longer had the time to devote to the role.
Nomination papers are available from Tetbury Town Council offices on Long Street or Cotswold District Council offices on Trinity Road, Cirencester.
All nominations must be received by midday on Friday January 11.
If more than one nomination is received a poll with be held on Thursday February 7.
If only one person is nominated they will be elected uncontested onto the council.
