LIKE ducks to water – twin babies from Cirencester have been making waves with their incredible swimming talent.

They are just 9 months old and cannot sit up on their own, but already water babies William and Ellenita Trykush can swim 25 metres completely unaided.

The dynamic duo have been showing off their skills this week in their Ducklings swimming class at Cotswold Leisure Centre in Cirencester.

In a BBC video, which has already had thousands of hits, their swimming teachers said they had never seen anything like it and it was unheard of for children their age to be such competent and confident swimmers.

The tiny twins have already featured on BBC News and BBC Breakfast.

And their dad Vic, who is well known locally for his involvement in Cirencester Athletic FC, Cirencester Baptist Church and the Cyber Cafe, is hopeful they could be future Olympic champions.
