Police renew warning to leave lights on to deter burglars

POLICE are warning residents to switch their lights on if they go away to deter thieves, following a burglary at Rendcomb Drive, Cirencester, between November 1 and 11.
The homeowner returned from holiday to find intruders had smashed the rear patio doors, having previously attempted to break by forcing both a kitchen window and the patio doors.
A list of what was stolen is still being compiled.
