Charity bonfire bash will light up Cirencester
4:30pm Friday 2nd November 2012 in News By Laura Shack
CIRENCESTER Round Table will once again host their spectacular Fireworks Display at Cirencester Primary School’s playing fields.
This year’s extravaganza on Victoria Road will take place on Saturday, November 3, with gates opening at 5pm and fireworks at 7pm.
Local school children will also get the chance to put their home-made Guys on the bonfire for when it is lit at 6pm.
The annual event, which is backed by a host of local businesses, raised £12,000 last year for community causes, including Cotswold Homestart, Lewis Lane and Phoenix pre-schools and Severn Free Wheelers.
Tickets can be bought on the night at £7 for adults, £4 for under-16s, or £18 for a family of two adults and two children.
Advance tickets can be bought at Cirencester Tourist Information Office, Chesterton Pharmacy and Londis South Cerney, costing £6 for adults, £3 for under-16s, or £15 for a family ticket.
